In 1998 Milacron bought Uniloy brand and facilities from Johnson Controls, becoming Uniloy Milacron. The brands included: Uniloy Comec (Calenzano / Italy), Uniloy Moretti (Abbiategrasso, Italy), Uniloy North America and Uniloy B&W (berlin / Germany). In 2000 Uniloy Comec and Uniloy Moretti moved to a new plant in Magenta / Italy and Uniloy North America moved to Tecumseh / Michigan. In 2015 a new assembling hall has been built in Czech Republic to centralize the production of the European blowmoulding machine in one shop only.
Uniloy Milacron manufactures IBM machines and three types of EBM machines: continuous extrusion shuttle, accumulator head and reciprocating screw (mainly for dairy industry).
